Conservative Smokeshow of the Day

My Christian faith remains the most important part of my identity. I attend a nondenominational church in the Nashville area, participate in a women's Bible study, and try to make prayer part of my daily routine. I'm not going to pretend I read my Bible for an hour every morning or have everything figured out. Some days I'm distracted, impatient, or overwhelmed by work. But I've learned that faith isn't about pretending to be perfect. It's about recognizing my weaknesses, seeking God's guidance, extending grace to other people, and continually trying to grow.
Outside of work and church, I'm a huge fan of fitness and wellness. I usually start my mornings with a workout, whether that's Pilates, strength training, or a long walk outside when the weather is nice. I love making smoothies, experimenting with healthier recipes, and trying new skincare products. I'm also a firm believer that taking care of yourself doesn't have to mean obsessing over every calorie or never enjoying dessert. Give me a good workout in the morning and a big slice of homemade peach cobbler after Sunday dinner, and I'm perfectly happy.
