Green Card Approved by Biden Ademin Months Before Illegal Vote

Breitbart reported that Biden-era DHS approved a green card in July 2024 for Filipino immigrant Evelyn Miller of Emmaus, Pennsylvania, months before she voted in the 2024 presidential election.

Miller, 37, pleaded guilty last week to illegal voting. She registered Oct. 9, 2024, and voted in person Nov. 5, 2024.

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said, “This alien from the Philippines pleaded guilty to illegally voting in the 2024 election in Pennsylvania.” He credited HSI and the Justice Department and added, “American elections are for Americans only.”

Miller told FBI agents she registered online and voted on Election Day. Green-card holders are not eligible to vote in federal elections.

Trump won Pennsylvania by just under 122,000 votes. The case does not change that margin, but it landed amid a wider DOJ push on noncitizen voting charges.

The report tied the timing of her lawful-permanent-resident approval to the same election cycle in which she cast an illegal ballot.

Miller now faces sentencing after the guilty plea. Officials framed the case as proof that status decisions and voter rolls can collide when citizenship is not verified at registration.
