On MSNBC’s “Ana Cabrera Reports,” former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams urged Democrats to “fight back against” President Donald Trump’s “authoritarian regime.”

Abrams, appearing to promote her “10 Steps Campaign,” said Democrats must show they can deliver results on healthcare, affordable groceries, and other issues while defending “the humanity” of people at the border.

“We are fighting to show that Democrats and people who believe in democracy can fight back against an authoritarian regime that is doing everything in its power to create harm and chaos,” Abrams stated.

She referenced Georgia’s shifting politics after Trump’s 2024 victory.
