Chevron Doing Something Amazing at Gas Pumps

California — Chevron has installed new signs at its gas pumps directly blaming Sacramento Democrats for the state’s record-high fuel costs.

The signs read:
“Sacramento policies did this. Now you pay more.”
“California politicians are choosing foreign oil and fuels over local jobs and lower costs.”

With average gas prices in the state exceeding $6.30 per gallon, the company is pushing back against claims that federal policies under President Trump are responsible, instead pointing to state-level regulations and decisions by Gov. Gavin Newsom and Democratic lawmakers.
