Employees and independent contractors of AnalyzingAmerica.org, or any of its affiliates, and others performing work for AnalyzingAmerica.org or on its behalf, collectively referred to in this code as “Staff”, are expected to act lawfully, honestly, ethically, and in the best interests of the company while performing duties on behalf of AnalyzingAmerica.org. Community Standards
AnalyzingAmerica.org allows readers to comment on articles and express diverse views, experiences, ideas, and information. Readers are able to talk openly about the issues that matter to them, even if some may disagree or find them objectionable. The staff and personnel of AnalyzingAmerica.org does monitor comments from readers and the community and comments are removed if they (a) violate any laws, (b) promote hate speech, (c) threaten others or incite violence, (d) create any risk of physical harm or create a direct threat to public safety, (e) promote or publicize crime, (f) coordinate harm, (g) promote fraud or deception, (h) promote graphic or violent content, (i) promote adult nudity or sexual activity, (j) solicit sex, or (k) promote cruelty or insensitivity.

We also provide some protections for immigration status. We define attack as violent or dehumanizing speech, statements of inferiority, or calls for exclusion or segregation.
