Audience and age
Our website is directed to a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that such information was submitted to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Reporting concerns
To report suspected child exploitation, grooming, abuse, unsafe content involving a minor, or the possible collection of a child’s personal information, email [email protected] with “Child Safety” in the subject line. For an immediate threat, contact local law enforcement or emergency services.
User submissions
Users may not submit content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, facilitates abuse, solicits sexualized contact with minors, reveals sensitive identifying information about a child without a lawful basis, or otherwise violates applicable law. We may remove content, restrict access, preserve evidence, or report matters to appropriate authorities when warranted.
Parents and guardians
A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to Analyzing America may contact us to request review and deletion. Please provide enough information for us to locate the material without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
