The surprise attack during a Jewish holiday involved fighters infiltrating Israeli towns. Disturbing footage showed the capture of civilians.
Radical Islamic terrorists arrived in vans and shot at least 260 people attending a music festival in Israel. Israel was hit in several locations by more than 2,000 rockets.
The scenes from these terror attacks, which include Jews and children being forced into trucks, stirred memories of the Holocaust.
