The U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued administrative subpoenas to Twitch streamer Hasan Piker and CodePink co-founder Medea Benjamin.

The Requests for Information seek details on their participation in the “Nuestra América Convoy” trip to Cuba in March 2026, as part of an investigation into possible violations of U.S. sanctions on Cuba.

The probe involves up to 40 American participants and focuses on financial transactions, logistics, and communications.

No charges have been filed.

The subpoenas are an information-gathering step in a broader review.
