MTG Moves to Censure ‘Terrorist Sympathizer’ Rashida Tlaib

via Forbes Breaking News

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has come after Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), stating plans to write a resolution to censure Tlaib for her backing of anti-Israel terrorist groups.

“After what she did today, I expect even Democrats will join in,” Greene posted on X.

Greene was making reference to Tlaib’s involvement in a Capitol protest on a day which Islamic group Hezbollah claimed as a “day of unprecedented anger.”

Greene accused Tlaib of having “organized the occupation” of the Cannon building with the help of radical Islamic groups.

“I am formally requesting that the United States Capitol Police preserve all video surveillance footage, photographic evidence, police reports, and arrest records from all House Office Building on October 18, 2023,” Greene said in a letter.

In the letter, Greene said Tlaib is guilty of “putting Members of Congress, their staffs, and Capitol visitors at risk.”

“To my president, to our president … I want him to know, as a Palestinian American and somebody in Muslim faith, I’m not going to forget this,” Tlaib stated during the protest. “And I think a lot of people are not going to forget this.”
