“No electrical switch will be turned on, no water hydrant will be opened and no fuel truck will enter until the Israeli abductees are returned home,” Katz added.

Israel is currently being assisted in their retrieval of citizens by United States special forces.

The Israeli government has said it has notified the families of 120 hostages so far.
