Here’s How Long It Took The Most-Followed Celebrities To Condemn Hamas

via CNN

For roughly four days, none of the top 10 most-followed celebrity Instagram accounts showed any support for Israel following the recent violent attacks by Hamas.

Palestinian Hamas terrorist killed over 1,000 people, including 22 Americans.

Over 150 people were taken hostage, including potentially 20 Americans who remain missing.

Several of these celebrities, including Beyonce, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and members of the Kardashian family, who had previously endorsed the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, have remained silent on supporting Israel.

Billionaire Kylie Jenner initially shared a pro-Israel story, but deleted it after backlash from left-wing social activists who support Hamas terrorism.

“The Rock” eventually shared a message that condemned Hamas. It appears that he turned off comments to prevent further hate from spreading.

This silence raises a public relations challenge for these celebrities, as backing Israel might be perceived unfavorably by their massive social media followings and a predominantly anti-Israel mainstream media.

Despite their vocal support for Black Lives Matter in the past, these celebrities are currently maintaining a conspicuous silence on the situation in Israel.
