Joe Biden just received some very bad news as presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced he is dropping his Democratic bid.
Instead, RFK Jr. is re-entering the 2024 race as an independent.

“I’m here to declare myself an independent candidate for president of the United States,” he told a crowd of supporters.
“And that’s not all − I’m here to join you in making a new Declaration of Independence for our entire nation,” he added.
Kennedy suggested the election process is “rigged” for voters.
“I’ve come here today to declare our independence from the tyranny of corruption, which robs us of affordable lives, our belief in the future and our respect for each other,” he said. “But to do that, I must first declare my own independence, independence from the Democratic Party and from all other political parties.”
A poll by Echelon Insights has revealed that Kennedy’s run as an independent would steal votes from President Joe Biden, aiding former President Donald Trump.
The survey showed Trump 3 points ahead of Biden, with 11 percent undecided on where they would cast their vote.
With RFK Jr. running independently, Trump’s lead increases to 4 points, leaving only 10 percent undecided.

It was recently revealed that RFK Jr. “feels that the DNC is changing the rules to exclude his candidacy, so an independent run is the only way to go.”
