21 people died in a recent electric shuttle bus wreck in Venice, Italy.
The bus reportedly ran off an overpass and was immediately engulfed in flames.

Another nine passengers are in critical condition following the tragedy.
The manufacturer of the bus is Chinese company Yutong Group Co.
“Fully spatial and thermal isolation between battery cabin and passenger compartment poses no threat to passengers, even if the batteries catch fire,” Yutong Group Co.’s website reads.
