No More Sanctuary? Democrat-led State Hits Breaking Point

Gov. Kathy Hochul sits for interview | via MSNBC

Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul of New York is proposing that the state can no longer function as a sanctuary state due to President Joe Biden’s open border policies.

“We have to let the word out, when you come to New York, we’re not going to have more hotel rooms,” Hochul said.

“We don’t have capacity,” she added. (Trending: Proof That Joe Biden Took Bribes)

This echoes the sentiments of Vice President Kamala Harris, who during her first foreign trip, urged Central American migrants to stay home.

Harris says she was helping to address the “root cause” of illegal immigration and advised them “don’t come” to the United States. (Trending: 22 Chilling Facts About Biden’s Impeachment)

Despite this warning, Biden reversed President Donald Trump’s border policies.

“We have to also message properly that, ‘We’re at our limit; if you’re going to leave your country, go somewhere else,'” Hochul said.

In the past, Governor Hochul’s position has aligned with New York City Mayor Eric Adams. (Trending: Kari Lake Blasts ‘Woke’ NFL)

She said, “The smarter thing is to apply for asylum before you leave your country.”
