The outlet praised Pratt, who entered the race following the loss of his family home in the Palisades Fire, for evolving beyond a protest candidate into a pragmatic voice focused on fixing the city’s broken system.

The endorsement highlighted Pratt’s emphasis on key issues affecting working Angelenos: homelessness, violent crime, crumbling roads, water shortages, repeated tax increases, Hollywood job losses, residents fleeing the city, and City Hall corruption.

It argued LA is overdue for change after decades of one-party rule and declining leadership.
