According to a report from the Western Journal, MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski accused President Trump of having “financial ties” to the drug hydroxychloroquine.
During Monday’s “Morning Joe” with Joe Scarborough, he noted that the anti-malaria drug is “unproven.”
Brzezinski said, “A lot of people would say, follow the money. There’s got to be some sort of financial tie to someone somewhere that has the president pushing this repeatedly.” A fact check report from Breitbart claims Trump’s personal financial interest “does not include a stake in Sanofi–and the New York Times did not claim it did.” Instead, Breitbart added, Trump’s financial disclosures show that his three family trusts have investments in a $10.3 billion Dodge & Cox mutual fund that owns shares in Sanofi, the world’s fifth-largest drugmaker by prescription sales.”
The Times, Huffington Post, Daily Beast, and several other publications have reported that President Trump “has a small personal financial interest in Sanofi, the French drugmaker that makes Plaquenil, the brand-name version of hydroxychloroquine.”
Fox News host Tucker Carlson faced loads of criticism in 2018 when he stated that America has the right to enforce its immigration laws.
Carlson said, “Thanks to illegal immigration, huge swaths of the region are covered with garbage and waste that degrade the soil and kill wildlife.”

Commentary and Opinion from The Western Journal:
I don’t expect the same treatment for Brzezinski, but I do expect someone in her position to be better.
From their chairs in the White House briefing room to their chairs in the TV news studio, I expect them all to be so much better.
