Aimee Bock, founder of Feeding Our Future, was sentenced Thursday to 500 months (over 41 years) in federal prison for orchestrating a $250 million fraud scheme that exploited a COVID-era child nutrition program.
Prosecutors called it one of the largest pandemic fraud cases in U.S. history.
Bock was convicted in March 2025 of directing a network that falsely claimed to serve 91 million meals, while diverting taxpayer funds into luxury purchases, real estate, and shell companies.
The organization’s funding surged from $3 million to over $200 million during the pandemic.
She was also ordered to pay nearly $243 million in restitution.
So far, 79 people have been charged in the scandal, with more than 60 convictions or guilty pleas.
