Former President Joe Biden filed a lawsuit against the Justice Department Tuesday seeking to prevent the release of audio recordings and transcripts of his interviews with ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer, which were gathered during Special Counsel Robert Hur’s classified documents probe.

Biden’s legal team argued the release would be an “unwarranted invasion of privacy.”

President Trump sharply criticized the move, calling Biden “A Crooked Politician!!!” on Truth Social.

The recordings stem from Hur’s investigation, which raised questions about Biden’s memory but recommended no charges.
