Joe Biden revealed a new plan to help women have a “fair” chance in America.
In a Medium post titled, “The Biden Agenda for Women,” the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee said women are struggling to earn enough money to help raise their children and support their families.
“Women — particularly women of color — have never had a fair shot to get ahead in this country,” the post read.
The hard truth is women — and particularly women of color — have never had a fair shot to get ahead in this country. That's why today, I'm releasing my plan to make sure women can fully participate in our economy and country. https://t.co/vUWUanQAR0

While the author of the piece is listed as “Joe Biden,” it was likely written by an advisor or a member of his campaign as the piece refers multiple times to Biden in the third-person.

For Biden, it’s a simple proposition: his daughter is entitled to the same rights and opportunities as his sons. He believes every issue is a women’s issue — health care, the economy, education, national security — but women are also uniquely and disproportionately impacted by many policies. As President, Biden will pursue an aggressive and comprehensive plan to further women’s economic and physical security and ensure that women can fully exercise their civil rights.
According to the post, Biden is also looking to incorporate more women into his appointment process to fill court vacancies and other positions in a potential administration.

“Biden has committed to selecting a woman to be his Vice President and an African American woman to be his first nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, but his commitment to ensuring women help lead his Administration does not end there. As President, Biden will nominate and appoint people who look like the country they serve,” the post read.
But—women dunked on Biden for the post.
Several women took to Twitter to decry the post as “patronizing” or “sexist.”

I spent the last 41 years busting my ass, and while I've certainly seen my share of failures, I've also earned my share of successes.
It's insulting to suggest that women need powerful men to open figurative doors for them. We've been kicking them down on our own for centuries. https://t.co/1b9qCJ22ET

THANK YOU. I was raised by a single mother and some how, we were both able to find success in our lives due to our own hard work and did not need the help of a man.

Just what I was waiting for! An elderly white man to come along and explain to me how much I’m missing by being a lady. https://t.co/nBZXoVnBX7

I don't need your help. Since I've not been conditioned to believe I'm a victim my whole life, I don't see the world as slighted against me.
Consider getting votes in a more honest, honorable way maybe.

Just like if you don't vote for Biden you aren't Black? Makes you think just how much of the Democratic base is just White people wanting power, and the other bit are those who are hooked into spiraling debt to the Dems

Joe, what rights do men have in America that women don't? Actually, women are more equal with special business loans and school financing. You didn't get that in your many stiff tests you have done on women?
