Hugh Jackman visited the Rockefeller Christmas tree on Christmas Day and shared photos of the outing, revealing that he got in trouble for going beyond the barrier.
This marked his first Christmas after separating from his wife of 27 years, Deborra-Lee Furness.
“I highly recommend getting up really early on Christmas morning and taking a walk to see the Rockefeller Christmas tree,” Jackman said. (Trending: Founding Dixie Chick Member Dies Unexpectedly)
“It’s so beautiful and not crowded at all. I did get in trouble for going beyond the barrier, but the security guard was nice and let me go with just a warning.”
“Yeah like the security guard is gonna stop Wolverine. Merry Christmas!,” one fan posted.
“Does the security guard not know you are wolverine? Does he not know what you are capable of?” another wrote.
The couple announced their separation in September 2023.
“We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage,” their statement read at the time.
“Our journey now is shifting, and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth.
“Our family has been and always will be our highest priority. We undertake this next chapter with gratitude, love, and kindness.”

Despite the split, they celebrated Jackman’s 55th birthday together at a New York City restaurant.
