Maxim magazine has faced criticism for including a biological male, Danielle Laidley, in its “Hottest 100 Women” list in Australia for 2023.
Laidley, a former Australian rules football player, ranked number 92 on the list.

The magazine has been criticized for including a person with a history of stalking in a list of attractive women.
Laidley played and coached in the Australian Football League (AFL).
Actress Margot Robbie on the “Hot List,” who was named the hottest woman for the fourth time.
Journalist Megyn Kelly and other conservative influencers have criticized Maxim’s decision.
As of this report, Maxim has not responded to the criticism.
