Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of Florida says she’s personally seen photograph evidence of an unidentified flying object (UFO) from a source in the Department of Defense that she believes is beyond our capabilities.
Rep. Luna, who is an Air Force and Iraqi war veteran, said, “Based on the evidence that I have personally seen, the technology that exists is something that I don’t think any government has currently.”
Both Rep. Luna and Rep. Matt Gaetz reportedly reviewed evidence of a UAP encounter off the coast of Florida. (Trending: North Face Has A Bud Light Moment And It’s Ugly)
“I do believe there is other life out there. I also believe that it is possible that the U.S. government is back-engineering, potentially, technology that's not from this world.”

Although Rep. Luna herself has not witnessed a UAP, she believes the evidence speaks volumes and is reminiscent of science fiction.
“It does appear, and for what I’m saying, based on the stonewalling, that they are hiding something,” Rep. Luna said. “If these are programs that are being set up without congressional oversight and are responsible for, you know, billions of dollars being lost, that could be going towards other things. I think that that’s something that absolutely is pertinent.”
In July, Congress held UAP hearings as three whistleblowers testified. David Grusch, who is a former United States Air Force officer and intelligence official, said he believes that UAPs may be extraterrestrial in origin.
Grusch’s claims have been met with mixed reactions. Some people believe him and think that the government is hiding information about UAPs. Others believe that he is either mistaken or lying. (Trending: Bombshell Report Reveals Collusion Between FBI and Clintons)
The government has not responded to Grusch’s claims, but it has said that it is taking the issue of UAPs seriously.
After leaving the military, Luna worked as a security consultant. She also became involved in conservative politics. In 2018, she ran for the United States House of Representatives in Florida’s 13th congressional district. She lost to incumbent Democrat Charlie Crist in the general election.

In 2020, Luna ran for Congress again. This time, she defeated Crist in the Republican primary and went on to win the general election. Luna is the first Mexican-American woman to be elected to Congress from Florida.
In Congress, Luna is a member of the House Armed Services Committee and the House Judiciary Committee. She is also a member of the Freedom Caucus, a group of conservative Republicans. Luna is a vocal critic of President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. She has also been critical of the media and big tech companies.
Luna is a popular figure among conservative voters in Florida and she is expected to run for re-election in 2024.
