‘Like Organized Crime’: Multiple Banks Blow The Whistle 170 Times On Biden Family

Hunter Biden interview on laptop at center of controversy is authentic | via CBS Sunday Morning

Banks regularly flag suspicious financial activity for authorities, such as money laundering, tax evasion, terrorist funding, and fraud. These reports are called Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and banks are required to file with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). When it comes to the Biden family, there were over 170 SARs from multiple banks, according to Townhall.

The dark secrets of the Biden family are quickly unraveling as Americans learn how much money they received from foreign nationals. These SARs are sent to the Treasury Department when banks “have a strong suspicion” that a crime has been committed, which is meant to protect the bank.

🚨 POLL: Should Joe Biden be impeached?
YES 👍 or NO 👎

Newly subpoenaed Biden bank records show the family accepted tens of millions from foreign business dealings. The foreign wires were funneled through 20 shell companies associated with the Bidens. (Trending: Here’s The Secret Warning Obama Sent Biden)

Subsequently, the funds were distributed among various Biden family members. Even two of President Biden’s grandchildren received unexplained wire transfers from foreign businesses.

Republican Rep. James Comer says this was an obvious attempt to diversify and hide payments. The Biden family business received at least $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China. Three Biden family members have been identified who collectively received $1.3 million from a Chinese energy company. This occurred two months after Joe Biden left the vice presidency.

In exchange, critics claim the only service that the Bidens possibly provided in return was corrupt “influence peddling” within U.S. politics.

These subpoenas were triggered by an FBI informant who provided reliable intelligence that then-Vice President Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from a Ukrainian oligarch. The founder of Ukrainian energy company Bursima, Mykola Zlochevsky, paid Joe Biden and Hunter and allegedly kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations with them as an “insurance policy.”

“We have more bank records coming in going to exceed $10 million, this week. And I think we will get between $20 and 30 million,” Comer told Fox News. Comer subpoenaed multiple banks related to the Biden family’s business schemes in Ukraine. The subpoena also included Hunter Biden’s business partner, Devon Archer, for deposition. In 2014, Archer worked with Hunter and met then-Vice President Joe Biden while also sitting on the board of Burisma alongside Hunter. A judge sentenced Archer to serve one year in prison after a jury found him guilty of fraud, including securities fraud as well as conspiracy to commit securities fraud. Archer stole more than $60 million in bonds from the Native American tribe, Oglala Sioux, and did not use the funds for annuity.

In the words of Archer, the Biden family provided “government regulatory strategic advice” to companies in Ukraine, Russia, and China. Specifically, the Biden family worked with foreign nationals in the energy sector.

Beginning on January 20, 2011, then-Vice President Joe Biden wrote a personal letter to Archer to thank him for the business opportunity. The smoking-gun evidence has been analyzed and authenticated. (Trending: Trump Indicted Again On Criminal Charges)

“What was he thanking you for?” political commentator Tucker Carlson asked.

“It was kind of the beginning of our partnership, and he was thanking me and thanking Hunter,” Archer said. “I think, at the end of the day for bringing this idea of this government regulatory strategic advisory business into the private equity world. And I think he was excited about the prospects for Hunter, and he was just thanking me. I think it was a nice gesture.”

Archer testified at the House Oversight Committee and confirmed that Hunter put his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, on speakerphone while meeting with business partners at least 20 times. “Archer described how Joe Biden was put on the phone to sell ‘the brand,'” Archer explained in his testimony.
