Spears is taking her mind off current family tensions, the NY Post writes as well as Fox News.

Amid the highly publicized conservatorship battle and family feud, Spears is reportedly showing her “sexy side” on social media.

She shared a topless photo of herself Friday wearing nothing but denim cut-off shorts.

39-year-old Spears initially posted the Instagram flick Friday afternoon, with boyfriend Sam Asghari quickly commenting “I’m sooo lucky.”

The singer soon deleted the post only to re-upload it that evening, with fans believing she wanted to change the filter.

The “Womanizer” star found support in fellow celebs, such as Paris Hilton, who dropped her famous “That’s Hot” catchphrase in Spears’ comment section.

Jenni “J Woww” Farley simply added a string of praise hand and fire emojis to signal her approval.

A judge recently ruled in favor of Britney Spears, granting her permission to hire her own attorney for her case, according to Fox News.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny approved attorney Sam Ingham’s resignation. His replacement was chosen by Spears. His name is Mathew Rosengart and he’s a former federal prosecutor. “I’m not representing her alone,” Rosengart said. He continued that explain that “a team of attorneys at my firm” who “all have substantial probate experience” will be assisting him.

Spears herself then addressed the court again. She said, “I’m here to get rid of my dad and charge him with conservatorship abuse.” Spears said she wants Jamie investigated and that “this conservatorship has allowed my dad to ruin my life.” She added that she wants “to press charges” against her dad and that she feels “angry.”

Jamie’s attorney fired back, however, and said that many of Spears’ “characterizations and memories are just incorrect” and there were “a lot of misstatements because of lack of recollection, information and understanding” when she spoke on Wednesday and last time on June 23.
